Battery Module Detail Shots

Here are some detail shots of the module.  I made a few changes – moving the connector up so the receiver is flush with the back of the mounting plate, to make a cleaner mount that takes up less space, and a cover.  I also lubed the connector with some conductive silicon, so it slides in a little easier.

It’s a prototype, so be kind.  All the fasteners need to be countersunk and stuff…  hell, I was literally scrounging around to find enough to just hold it together and see if it works.  Which it does.  Really, really well.

…on to polish up the “fit and finish”!
