So they got some sleep last night in actual beds, and hooked up with ReVolt Electric Vehicles. At the ATX Makerspace they’re working on the bike. Apparently, they got a little attention from the local constabulary regarding the old “splitting of lanes” practice while driving around town trying to get the bike fixed.

At this point the coast-to-coast record is out of reach, but here’s the plan:
Still going for 1) first electric motorcycle to cross with a passenger and 2) fastest electric vehicle to cross using existing infrastructure (135 hours is the time to beat)
It looks like they’re trying to shoot for leaving late tonight.
