Got this just now:
At 3pm today the final scrutineering approval for the TT Zero began. After three 20 hour days for our crew at 2:30pm the wheel turned for the first time under it’s own power. By 4pm we had the bike safety wired and buttoned up and on the way to scrutineering for our 4:30pm qualifying. Although we only had 1 hour of charge time our rider John Burrows rode the bike for the first time from scrutineering to the starting line. John was second behind the new Motoczyzs bike and ahead of last years Motoczyzs 2010 IOM winning bike. When John returned he said the bike handled similar to his superbike that he raced at the IOM on Friday. We still have 2 more days to prep for the race on Wednesday.
