Yeah, when you saw my previous post about dissecting a lipo pack, you had to know this wasn’t far behind.  I decided to make my lil’ own lipo explosion video.  Except…  well…  see for yourself.

The first sequence is a single cell that was dead.  No voltage reading at all.  That thing didn’t even get warm.  The second sequence was a pack with a cell in the front reading 3.5V.

Now, I know everything you see on the internets is true, so I’m obviously doing something wrong.   These cells are supposed to be like running little sticks of TNT aren’t they?  Dear, dear…
